01 / Your daily mix
Meet your new routine.
What’s inside. How it tastes. How to use it.
Does NUDAY contain caffeine?
No. NUDAY is completely caffeine-free. It combines electrolytes with focus-support ingredients including L-theanine, L-tyrosine and Panax ginseng, so your daily routine doesn’t need another dose of caffeine.
How sweet is it? Does it taste artificial?
Think light, crisp and refreshing—not syrupy or candy-sweet. NUDAY contains zero sugar and is sweetened with stevia and monk fruit. Add a little more water if you prefer a lighter flavor.
How is NUDAY different from water, electrolyte powders and energy drinks?
Water is essential. NUDAY adds electrolytes and coconut water powder, alongside caffeine-free focus-support ingredients, in one zero-sugar drink. It brings hydration and focus support together without relying on caffeine for a lift.
When should I take NUDAY?
Make it part of the moment that works for you: before your first work block, between calls, around a workout or during a busy afternoon. Follow the serving directions on your package.
How do I mix it?
Pour one stick into 8–12 oz of cold water, then shake or stir. Adjust the water to your taste and follow the directions on your package. A bottle, a glass or your usual desk-side cup all work.
What flavors can I choose from?
Choose Apple or Peach Lemonade. Prefer some variety? The Partner Performance Pack lets you select two flavors. See the product page for current availability.
Is it just for workouts?
No. NUDAY is designed for a daily routine, whether you’re working at your laptop, traveling or training. You don’t need a gym session to make hydration a priority.
Where can I see the ingredients and quality testing?
Open “View Ingredients” on the product page for the full panel. You’ll also find third-party testing under “Tested for Quality & Purity.” Check the label for ingredient information before choosing your mix. Explore the formula
