SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

NUDAY reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.


SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $30

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

NUDAY ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to select the carrier at our discretion based on order details and destination.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. NUDAY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS where available. Some expedited options may not be available to these address types.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also view your order status by logging into your account at drinknuday.com.


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped on your selected frequency. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account before the next scheduled processing date. NUDAY is not responsible for subscription orders that have already been processed at the time of a cancellation request.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or building management first. If the package still cannot be located within 3 business days of the delivery date, contact us at support@drinknuday.com.

NUDAY is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported stolen. We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our sole discretion.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable due to reasons within the customer's control, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. NUDAY will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or refund the product cost only.


RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon NUDAY's delivery to the carrier. NUDAY is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay once the package has been transferred to the carrier.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

NUDAY reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
